Youthful Perpetrator Receives Life Sentence with Minimum Sixteen-Year Term
An 15-year-old youth has been judged to life incarceration with a lowest period of 16-year period for the homicide of another student Harvey Willgoose during a midday recess.

During the legal proceedings, the accused testified he had not intended to cause death to the deceased or cause him serious harm, asserting he could not remember what had occurred.

"You acted as the instigator and... you acted in hurt and rage at what you viewed to be his disloyalty of your relationship," stated the justice during the judgment.

The educational institution released a statement stating that Harvey was "greatly mourned every daytime by the entire learning environment".
